Escort Card Ideas
Mar 6, 2009 Creative Wedding Ideas, The Reception
An escort card is a card with a guest’s name on it that lets them know where they are going to be sitting for the reception. You can also think of this as a “seating card” that lets a person know where they will be sitting. This is different than a place card. A place card is typically used on the tables showing which place setting (or seat) they will be at on the table. Many weddings these days let guests choose their own exact seat at the table, so a place card may not even be needed. This post has a few ideas on how to display your escort cards for your guests so they can easily find their table at your wedding reception.
