Mark Fold Guides
{ place your sheet of paper, landscape orientation, against the ruler. Place a mark on # 5 and #8, these are your fold marks } |

Fold & Crease
{ fold the right edge of the paper towards the center, aligning with mark #5 } |

{ with your decorative scissors, cut bothe edges of the paper } |

{ to start the garland, we've used monofilament, but you can use any type of hanging material } |

{ leaving 18" of monofilament on the left of the doily (to tie & attache) tape the monofilament on the inside, center of the crease and glue the doily together } |

Press & Seal
{ press firmly on the doily to seal } |

Adding Notes or Gifts
{ add a note or a small favor to the Favor bags } |

{ add glue to the inside edge of the Favor bags} |
